Founder
A licensed real estate broker, seasoned with 20 years of experience and expertise in Philippine real estate industry. She is multi-awarded in sales and marketing, and her well-rounded involvements honed her to become an intuitive and motivational leader she is today.
Adept in knowing where to invest, as well as matching agents and clients for an unsurpassed real estate experience, FSE is also fuelled by her ambition to provide everyone with an access to real estate investment. Being a wife of a Filipino working overseas, and a daughter of retired OFW father, her personal exposure to the lives of Filipino migrants has led her to advocate and inspire the Philippines’ so-called new heroes to have quality homes of their own in the homeland, to be successful in real estate investing and to confidently retire with financial security and stability. With this advocacy and aspiration, Liza established the North Star Mabuhay Realty Corporation.
Edwin G. Suba
For more than a decade in real estate industry, as PRC Sales Person, real estate investor and a property leasing business owner, Edwin has gained a lot of direct and personal experiences in this field which had helped him in guiding his clients to be successful in real estate investments.
His hard works and diligence had paid off as he received various awards and recognitions from one of the leading developers in the Philippines, as one of the Top Performers of the company. Apart from those awards and recognitions, gaining friends from his satisfied clients and witnessing their successful journey in real estate investing, were the most precious rewards he could ever achieve.
Edwin loves to travel, discover new places, cultures, food and adventures. His passion in photography and singing helped him to maintain a balance life and while embracing his God-given talent.
Riezel Darlene Vispo

For her, it is very important that her clients are happy at the end, whenever they buy or sell their properties. She is very passionate to provide an end to end service with people’s real estate needs.
